Seattle Symphony and National Geographic Live! subscribers (those who have purchased a series) may exchange any ticket for another performance within the current season only. All requests must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the performance out of which you wish to exchange, no matter how the exchange request is submitted. Exchanges may be done by phone, in person, by mail or fax, or by filling out the online exchange form below.
During performances in the S. Mark Taper Auditorium, you may also visit the Ticket Concierge station in the Samuel & Althea Stroum Grand Lobby. The Ticket Concierge can assist with ticket sales, exchanges and other transactions. This service is offered pre-concert and through intermission for most Seattle Symphony and National Geographic Live! performances as well as select Benaroya Hall performances.
We do not require your original tickets back after an exchange has been made.
Once you click the “Submit” button below, your original tickets will no longer be valid.
Please destroy your original tickets once you get to the confirmation screen at the end of the exchange process.
You will receive two e-mail confirmations. The first verifies we have received your request; this email should arrive within five minutes. If you do not receive this initial e-mail, your request did not go and we advise calling the ticket office to complete your exchange. The second email confirms the exchange has now been completed and will confirm the performance choice you were assigned. You will receive the second e-mail within seven days of your exchange request or within 24 hours of the new concert date.
All exchange requests are subject to availability.
Please keep a record of your request (first/second/third choices) for reference when you receive the final email confirmation.
