Ticket Office Sales & Patron Services Manager
The Ticket Office Sales & Patron Services Manager will direct, manage and supervise ticket office functions including staffing, cash control, reporting, and third party/vendor relations. The Ticket Office Sales & Patron Services Manager is responsible for the selection, training, motivation and evaluation of all Ticket Office personnel, and the management of all aspects of customer service related to internal and external customers.
Part-Time Ticket Services Associate
This is a part-time 21 to 28 hours a week position that supports the various aspects of Seattle Symphony and Benaroya Hall ticketing processing and procedures.
Lead Building Engineer
The Lead Building Engineer for Benaroya Hall is an Exempt position, responsible for maintaining the building HVAC, electrical, mechanical and life safety systems of the physical building. The Lead Building Engineer will coordinate maintenance and shift coverage activities with their staff and outside vendors, assist with expense forecasting and budgeting, maintain maintenance records and inspection documents, develop appropriate operational guidelines and documentation for all building systems, maintain vendor relationships along with other duties as required.
Sales and Fundraising Representatives
The outbound representative is responsible for generating new season ticket holders and donors to the Orchestra by contacting recent, qualified prospects and renewing donors and patrons, and urging them to commit to season tickets or donations, helping, to further advance audience development efforts for the Seattle Symphony Orchestra.
