Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As a key member of the Senior Management team, the Vice President and CFO will report to the President & CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the Seattle Symphony, Seattle Symphony Foundation and Benaroya Hall. The Vice President and CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the organization. Seeking a candidate that thinks outside the box with innovative ideas that can promote and advance the Mission, Values and Goals of the organization, both internally and externally.
The Seattle Symphony Art Director is an in-house position responsible for creating design solutions with a high visual impact for print, advertising, marketing and fundraising materials. The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to maintain high level of cohesive success for graphics and brand across all deliverables.
The Benaroya Hall Facility Director is a key member of both the Benaroya Hall and Seattle Symphony Orchestra (SSO) management teams, responsible to insure the facility is well maintained and operated in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures established by the Benaroya Hall Board.
The Campaign Coordinator performs key operational work in support of the Seattle Symphony’s transformative nine-figure Campaign and planned giving program.
Special Events Officer
The Special Events Officer is responsible for, and assists with, the planning, implementation, and organization of major fundraising events for the Seattle Symphony development office. The Special Events officer will take the lead in the logistics and execution for all Special Events. This position is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to become deeply involved in the operations of a fast-paced, high-performing department.
Major Gift Officer
The Seattle Symphony seeks an individual with a passion for philanthropy and people to assist in achieving our overall fundraising goals. The Major Gift Officer will be responsible for securing funds by identifying the interests of Seattle Symphony donors and providing them with opportunities to engage with the Seattle Symphony and invest philanthropically. As a key member of the major gifts team, the Major Gift Officer will also work with the Director of Major Gifts to facilitate logistical aspects of the major gifts program.
Sales and Fundraising Representatives
The outbound representative is responsible for generating new season ticket holders and donors to the Orchestra by contacting recent, qualified prospects and renewing donors and patrons, and urging them to commit to season tickets or donations, helping, to further advance audience development efforts for the Seattle Symphony Orchestra.
